GRANT WRITING 201
The 2nd workshop in a series on improving grant opportunities & researching foundations – AND ITS FREE!
Saturday, March 11
Main Library – Computer Lab
800 Main St, La Crosse, WI 54601
9 A.M. – 10:30 A.M.
Join your neighbors and fellow association leaders in an overview of grant research and writing.
Grant writing can seem daunting, but this workshop will offer examples of successful grants, show you some best practices, and guide you through the process. Because finding the right grant applications can be the toughest part of the process, we will walk you through a specialized online foundation directory to help you find a match for your project.
Experienced grant writers & reviewers will be on hand to advise and coach while you work at a library computer – so, please bring your library card, a flash drive, ideas for grants or applications and/or any specific projects you would like to pursue.
WHETHER EXPERIENCED OR BRAND NEW – HELP OUR NEIGHBORHOODS BY DEVELOPING YOUR SKILLS IN PURSUING GRANT OPPORTUNITIES!
Please RSVP to Jacob Sciammas, President of LCNI at firstname.lastname@example.org, by TUESDAY 3/7.
